Vidyashankar - Founder & CEO

Vidyashankar is the Founder and CEO of OnlySuccess Learning Technologies. He is an entrepreneur, and a peak performance trainer. He started OnlySuccess with a motto of "Making People Powerful".


The idea of making people powerful originated to him with his real life experience. He did his schooling in a small village school located in South India, which had very minimum facilities even many times, no teachers to teach. He failed to excel in communication skills and other skills that are very much required in life when he joined Engineering College. He started his under graduation with very poor communication skills, low self esteem, unimpressive self image and a victimized mindset which resulted in his poor performance.

He strived hard to overcome all subjections in life and finally he was successful. By the time he graduated, he had presented over 13 papers on engineering subjects in various States, National and International seminars and have also won first prize numerous times for his presentation skills. Notable among his laurels include, Institute of Engineers Gold Medal which he cherishes a lot.

Later he discovered the wonderful world of rapid learning and implemented it in studies that helped him acquire Gold Medal and First Rank in his University in the Master of Business Administration. Though he was not from one of the top business institutes of the country he turned all the odds and went up in his career to the level of handling the global marketing activities of one of the multinational companies in Singapore. He traveled and lived in various parts of the world. After being a triumphant in his professional life, Vidyashankar started realizing that what he was using so far was very little of his potentials and capabilities.

On a journey of self-discovery using the powerful techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), he understood his identity, values and passion. To comprehend his dream, he founded OnlySuccess, an organization built with the best people around him in his journey of Making People Powerful.

In this wonderful journey he understood he need not work anymore instead he should do what he is passionate about – "Empowering People and Giving them the Choices to Design their Destiny".

Today his company OnlySuccess runs training programs which every time becomes a life changing event for the participants.

Praveen Sherman - Director & Chief Trainer

Praveen Sherman is a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated trainer. He holds a Masters in Computers and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management. He always believes in doing things uniquely.

Realizing his passion towards training and enlightening peoples life, Praveen renounced his job from a leading multinational software company and started his dream journey by co-founding OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, Asia’s No 1 training company with the mission of "Making People Powerful".

Learning NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was the drive for Praveen to achieve tremendous results for himself and others. Being trained by Dr. Richard Bandler personally was a boon to him. Praveen at the age of 27 went to be the youngest Certified NLP Training Specialist in Asia.

An avid reader and an open listener Praveen believes that there is learning everywhere. This has not only taken him to the next level but also has made him the most sought after trainer, speaker and life coach. Today Praveen trains people from different backgrounds and different professions ranging from students, home makers, corporate executives, sports men, health care professionals, actors, businessmen, finance controllers and many more.

Praveen is also a behavioral expert and uses his skills by doing several capacity building activities in the form of Personal and Business Coaching sessions. His specialization includes Neuro Linguistic Programming, Behavioral and Habit Patterns, Presentation and Communication skills, Sales and Marketing, Accelerated Learning and Whole Brain Learning Methodologies. Praveen is frequently featured in national channels and news journals.

Praveen in the year 2008 achieved a feat that has never been performed. He did a Live Phobia Cure for a lady with over 20+ years of phobia of snakes. This was performed for the first time in Asia.

Lakshmi Narayanan - Director, Sales & Marketing

Lakshmi Narayanan started his career as a sales person. Unlike others, he preferred sales. Right from the initial days of his professional life he understood he was passionate about sales. Interestingly leading a team and identifying people’s capabilities are his strengths that helped him to have a steep growth and a very successful Selling career.

Lakshmi has been instrumental behind setting up the company establishments of OnlySuccess at various places across Asia. Currently, he drives the entire Franchisee team and the Partners of OnlySuccess.

With his Bachelors in Mathematics, Lakshmi loves playing the big number game. With his great efforts, he always exceeds the targets. On his way towards enriching career, he was given the responsibility to lead and execute Marketing and the PR activities during his previous assignments.

Though he was very successful in his professional career, Lakshmi Narayanan’s significant goal was to setup his own company. When he met the like minded people he joined the massive movement of creating OnlySuccess and took up the charge as Director of Sales and Marketing.
 

Sendhil Annamalai - Chief Operations Officer

Sendhil Annamalai is an Engineer with Masters in Business Administration having a rich professional experience in varied areas of Marketing, Operations and HR.

His professional experience of over a decade of managerial experience includes his successful tenure with leading telecom operators and a premium Insurance Company. In all these assignments Sendhil has proved his excellence.

Sendhil brings in his wonderful capabilities to connect and manage people and to run the operations of a professional company to the OnlySuccess Management Team. OnlySuccess as an organization has entrusted one of the most significant activity of managing the Operations of the company to Sendhil.

Not to the surprise, he always out performs the expectations of the Team members. Sendhil has his keen knowledge on Finance and maintain and decides the Financial management of the company that has made the company to almost double the revenues every single year. He has nurtured a very strong team at OnlySuccess.
